In order to enroll at Hartman Middle School, a NATURAL PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN must bring the following:
- Student's original Birth Certificate
- Immunization record
- Report card from last school attended
- Withdrawal sheet from former school, if changing schools during the year
- Must have social security card
- Proof of residency, lease or light bill
- Photo ID of parent or guardian
